By registering to our Celebrity Forums, you are privileged to contribute in any form. However, if we feel this privilege is being abused, you will be warned first, then either penalized, or banned.

In Basic terms (these rules are more detailed below):
1. Avoid reposting. Search before posting or requesting.
2. No nudity or playboy pics.
3. Please post celebrity pics in their proper section.
4. Post pictures using thumbnails, no full size pics.
5. No hotlinking unless its to a legit image hosting site such as Imageshack.us, Imagevenue.com.
6. In the subject line please use the celeb’s Full Name and a brief description.
7. Personal attacks against other members, or based on race, religion or sexual orientation are prohibited. Explicit descriptions of sexual acts are prohibited.
8. No Spamming. New members that spam will be immediately banned without notice.
9. No Internet Models.
10. No Fake Pictures.
11. Do not post images of celebrities that are younger than the age of 16 with one exception (look below under rule 11). Inappropriate, judgmental, and sexual comments of other teens under 18 are not allowed and will be deleted, members in question will be warned.
12. No unnecessary replies or replying to a thread last posted over 1 month ago (only 2 exceptions, stated in detail below).
13. Do not post pictures from ELLE, FHM, Playboy, Vanity Fair, MediaVast, WireImage, FilmMagic, Contour Photos, WireImagesSTOCK and BiancaBeauchamp-dot-com.

GENERAL RULES

REPOSTS
1) Before posting spend some time browsing this board to make sure that the pictures have not been posted within the last 2 weeks. You can use the Search feature to help with this. Pictures that are substantially different in size or resolution or have edited content will not be considered reposts. If a legitimate repost is found, a link will be placed in that thread to show the user the original post. Afterwards, the reposted thread will be locked.

NO NUDITY
2) No nudity. You may not post nude pictures or post links to them either in your post or signature. Censoring or modifying a nude image by blurring it or by adding another object to the image to cover up the area is no longer acceptable here and will be removed the same as an actual nude image. Fully exposed pictures (top or bottom) are not acceptable. Playboy images of any kind or links to Playboy images are strictly prohibited on this board. This site is designed for people of all ages, and many hosts, such as ImageShack, do not allow this types of picture. Unacceptable images will be removed by the moderators, and that member will be warned.

CELEBRITY DEFINITION & PLACEMENT
3) Please limit your posts to female celebrities or semi-celebrities only. A semi-celebrity would mean a relative of an established star or an up and coming person. Please do not post amateur models or any pics that are not celebrity related. A celebrity is someone who:


* Has a listing at IMDb
or
* Has a listing at tvtome
or
* Has appeared in Google News
or
* Has appeared in a general circulation magazine (one that you could find at your local grocery store or 7-11)


Celebrities are placed in sections they are most known for and by first name. Please post them in their proper section. (Jessica Simpson in singers, Mandy Moore in Actresses L-O, Jessica Alba in Actresses G-K, wrestling divas in models/athletes, etc). If unsure, search before posting.
Non-picture topics should be placed in the Community Center sections.

THUMBNAILS
4) Post only thumbnails of your images rather than the full image as this dramatically improves the performance of this message board. Preview your post to be sure you have the correct thumbnail code posted. A tutorial on how to thumbnail can be found here, Thumbnails - A Tutorial

* If you are posting animated gifs, please mention in your title that this is the case and also include the file size if possible.

NO HOTLINKING & ALLOWABLE* IMAGEHOSTS
5a) Hotlinking, which is the the linking to an image on someone else's website, is prohibited.
5b) You must use an allowed imagehost. ie: http://www.imagehaven.net/index.php or http://www.imagevenue.com or http://www.imageshack.us *More to be allowed soon

FULL NAME + BRIEF DESCRIPTION IN TITLE
6) Include the celebrity's full name in your post's subject, and a brief description of the pictures.

CONDUCT
7) Personal attacks, attacks based on race, religion, or sexual orientation against other members is stricty prohibited. Explicit descriptions of sexual acts are also prohibited.

SPAM
8) Spam of any type is prohibited. You may however include one link in your signature as long as it does not link to nudity, a site containing nudity, a site used for monetary gain, a retail site, or auction type of site. A link to your own website is allowed providing that it is none of the above. New members that registered just to spam another site will be immediately banned without warning.

INTERNET MODELS
9) Internet Models - It has been agreed upon by the administration that these pictures and/or videos of internet models will not be included on this forum. These women are not actually celebrities, and some of their images contain adult content in which a lot of people neglect to exclude.

FAKE PICTURES
10) Do NOT post any fake pictures. They will be deleted. Slightly enhanced pictures, such as brightness or gamma levels, are ok, but, state this in your title and post.

TEENAGE CELEBRITIES
11) Do not post images of celebrities that are younger than the age of 16 at the time of the picture. The only exception to this rule is when someone under 16 years of age appears alongside or in the background of an older celebrity who is the main topic (such as celebrity mother in candids, or a film/tv cast photo). All other postings of celebrities under the age of 16 is no longer allowed on 'Best-Wallpapers', and will be instantly deleted. For other teens under 18, inappropriate or sexual comments, counter comments (including those against members), and judgement of others will be deleted by staff without notice and those members involved may face immediate banishment. No one will be exempt from this rule. Arguing about teenage legality will also not be tolerated.

UNNECCESARY REPLYING TO OLD POSTS
12) Please refrain from posting a reply on a thread in which the last post was more than 1 month ago. Multiple offenders will be warned and possibly banned if they continue to bump old posts. The only exceptions are the posting of new or updated pictures, or the answering of a non-answered question.

OTHER BANNED IMAGES
13) There is to be no posting of any ELLE/FHM/Vanity Fair/Playboy Magazine scans, or any other pictures that are owned by ELLE/FHM/Vanity Fair/Playboy, no exceptions. Additionally, there is to be no posting of images of Bianca Beauchamp from www-dot-BiancaBeauchamp-dot-com./etc. or MediaVast, Inc. and its affiliated divisions WireImage, FilmMagic, Contour Photos and WireImagesSTOCK. If any ELLE/FHM/Vanity Fair/Playboy or MediaVast, Inc. content is found being posted, it will be removed by one of the admins/moderators without notice and the poster in question will be warned. Continued abuse of this rule will lead to your account being banned.

RULES OF CONDUCT

1) Please participate as often as possible. If you regularly download pictures, please be sure to thank the original poster of the images. Our forum promotes a friendly environment where hard work is appreciated and welcomed. Share pictures with others and thank others for their contributions. Though "Lurking" is completely acceptable, registration and participation is highly recommended.

2) Please clean out your Private Mailbox regularly. There is a 200 message limit. Any messages sent after the limit has been reached will be returned to the original sender.

3) Please use English when typing posts. Though the forum hosts members from all over the world, the primary language used on the forums is English. BW understands if this is not your primary language and will tolerate best-effort attempts at posting in English.

4) Before making a request for a particular picture(s), read the Request Forum Rules but Search first .
Do not post small pictures as a way to request higher quality pictures. Such a posting will be moved to the request section.

5) Please do not ask about the sources from which most pictures are found, or how to obtain memberships or username/passwords to such places. Such topics will be locked.

6) Please Do Not copy and paste image codes from this forum onto another forum and from another forum to here, unless you are the original uploader. Image links tend to die quickly when copied onto other sites. This is also considered a rude and lazy action because it takes time and work for the original poster to upload their pictures.

7) If you don't like a certain celebrity, please do not bother replying, especially if it is to incite arguing. This is called trolling.
